Modìni cocktail with raspberries and strawberries
Ingredients for 2 People
Modì apple, peeled and cored | 1
Fresh or frozen raspberries | 6-7
Strawberries | 2
Ice | 8-10 cubes
Prosecco to taste

Preparation
Place the diced apple into the blender with the strawberries, raspberries and ice.
Blend until creamy and smooth (add 1-2 tablespoons of water if necessary).
Strain the mixture with a fine mesh strainer and collect the juice in a bowl.
Mix 1 part juice to 2 parts Prosecco.
Pour into two well-chilled glasses. Serve with fruit skewers and thin slices of Modì apple.
